ReplyDeleteMy Predictions:
ReplyDeleteAustin Dams 28 Juggalos 23
Scott Furman will lead his team to victory, although Jason Gibson will post the most impressive numbers (if he shows up at all). Furman being a lefty will not only put Gibson on his heels defensively, but it will also allow him to throw passes that defenders won't expect. Pushing the charts at nearly 6 feet, he has also been known to draw mismatches. This shouldn't be a problem for six footer Jason Gibson, who I can only assume will defend Furman. However I think that the rest of the Austin Dam team is superior to the remaining members of the Juggalos. Dams by 5.
Woodlawn Woodchucks 31 Hebron 28ers 26
Rigas for the 28ers may be able to shut down the prolific god-like scorer that is the eldest Furman brother, Alex. Furman will still put up his numbers, however again I believe that the rest of the Woodchucks can surpass the 28ers in scoring. Mahon is a quick defender who will certainly be able shut down whoever he is defending (probably Lincoln, who will still make some ridiculous outside jumpers.) All and all, Woodchucks by 5.
Rt.6 Rancheros 34 CS Crimson Chins 21
As not only the best dressed team, the Rancheros are also the odds on favorite entering this season. The team consists of two athletic six footers in Hutcheson and Freeman, and a hustler in Cumby. They will walk all over the Chins, who have no go to player (or a player that can make a shot from outside 15 feet). Hutcheson was my pick for defensive player of the year, and you won't need to watch long for the otherwise elusive Little Boy. Chins will have trouble scoring, Rancheros by 13.
Thanks for reading! See you all tomorrow.
Haha good predictions. You might be in for a surprise as to who is guarding Alex Furman though.
DeleteI have the Rancheros winning by more, especially in a game of 2s and 3s
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure the chins are going to be able to put up over ten points
DeleteYou were right...
